Who We Are

Prytula Foundation U.S.A. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, established in 2024 in Chicago, Illinois, as part of the global humanitarian initiative founded by Serhiy Prytula. We unite the Ukrainian diaspora, international donors, and partners to provide critical aid and support to Ukraine during times of crisis.

Our Mission

We implement humanitarian programs that deliver essential aid, including medical supplies and direct assistance, to those affected by the war in Ukraine. Our focus is not only on immediate relief but also on fostering resilience and long-term recovery.

Roman Panychevnyy

President, Board Member

An entrepreneur, volunteer, and advocate for Ukrainian culture in North America. He is the founder of the Ukrainian-American event agency MoLoKo, which, under his leadership, has organized hundreds of charity events across the U.S. and Canada, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars in support of Ukraine. He believes that the strength of the Ukrainian community and the role of cultural diplomacy are key components of Ukraine's success on the global stage.

Melaniya Podolyak

Board Member

Melaniya is a Ukrainian communications strategist and civic activist with over ten years of experience in media, advocacy, and public engagement. Since the Revolution of Dignity, she has been helping shape the narrative about Ukraine at home and abroad. At Prytula Foundation USA, Melaniya focuses on building meaningful connections between Ukraine and international audiences—sharing stories from the front lines, highlighting local innovation, and ensuring the world stays engaged. She believes in the power of honest storytelling and strategic communication to drive global solidarity and real impact.

Maryna Vilk

Senior manager, Strategy, Finance & Fundraising Expert

Maryna is a senior manager with deep expertise in finance, strategic management, and fundraising. With over 15 years in the banking sector and leadership roles in cultural and charitable initiatives, she brings both structure and heart to every project. She currently leads an NGO supporting children, families, and hospitals in Ukraine. At Prytula Foundation USA, Maryna focuses on development, strategy, and building lasting relationships with donors and partners. She’s passionate about creating systems that work and teams that care.

Anna Myzerniuk

International Partnership & Fundraising Expert

Anna Myzerniuk is a seasoned professional in international partnerships, fundraising, and strategic development. Her expertise in navigating complex donor relations and building high-impact collaborations ensures that resources are efficiently mobilized to support humanitarian aid in Ukraine. Through her leadership, the foundation strengthens its network, maximizes transparency, and delivers meaningful, lasting support to those in need.

Varvara Avotynsh

International Partnership & Fundraising Expert

A seasoned business developer with over 7 years of experience in building strong business relationships and aligning client needs with the right solutions. Varvara has collaborated with a diverse range of businesses, helping them identify opportunities and optimize their processes for greater efficiency. Beyond her professional expertise, Varvara has been actively involved in organizing social projects supporting students and emigrants. Passionate about process improvement, she thrives on making work more efficient—creating space for both productivity and enjoyment.

Karl Bullock

Project Manager & Technical Advisor

Karl is a longtime ardent supporter of Ukraine and its people. Since visiting for the first time nearly fifteen years ago, he became Ukrainophile after he discovered the natural beauty from Crimea to the Carpathians and experienced the unique warmth and freedom-loving spirit of the Ukrainian people. In the immediate moments after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Karl was with boots on the ground organizing logistics and accommodations for women and children evacuating to safety. He brings experience from engineering, procurement, and project management, together with native understanding of American norms and practices to the team at Prytula Foundation USA.
