During Q2 2026, Prytula Foundation USA procured 64 vehicles valued at $1,157,162.61 to strengthen humanitarian mobility and emergency response across Ukraine. Humanitarian operations span more than 1,000 km of active frontline, as well as extensive frontline-adjacent and border-affected areas, each with different terrain, road conditions, security risks, and humanitarian needs. Intensified Russian missile and drone attacks continue to damage civilian infrastructure, making reliable transportation essential — and vehicles themselves subject to heavy operational wear and loss.

The Safe & Smart Project, implemented by the Serhiy Prytula Humanitarian Foundation within Prytula Foundation USA’s Reconstruction of School Shelters program, supports the major overhaul of Radiation Shelter at Lyceum in the frontline Kharkiv Region. The 496.21 m² shelter is designed to accommodate 150 people per shift — 110 students and 40 staff members — and is intended to provide a safe space for children and school staff during air raids.

The "Clinical Perinatal Center of the Blessed Virgin Mary" in Sumy operates under constant security risks due to its proximity to active conflict zones. To ensure the survival and wellbeing of newborns during these challenging times, together with UCCA GA we facilitated the urgent procurement of specialized life-support equipment. This project focuses on stabilizing neonatal patients and ensuring the technical resilience of the center's medical infrastructure.

The Prytula Foundation USA continues its commitment to strengthening Ukraine's medical resilience. Through our recent healthcare initiative, we have successfully procured and delivered specialized medical equipment to municipal hospitals in Kherson and Sumy. These regions remain under significant pressure, and this equipment is designed to ensure that local doctors have the tools necessary for high-precision surgery, life support, and continuous patient monitoring.

With the support of our donors and partners, Prytula Foundation USA implemented a large-scale humanitarian equipment project to strengthen response teams operating in frontline and infrastructure-affected regions across Ukraine. Due to the realities of frontline operations, such equipment remains in constant demand, as intensive field use, harsh conditions, and emergency deployments lead to continuous wear and replacement needs.

During Q1 2026, Prytula Foundation USA expanded humanitarian mobility capacity of Ukrainian territorial communities, municipalities, and local public institutions through the procurement and deployment of multi-purpose vehicles to support emergency response, evacuation, medical logistics, and critical supply delivery.

In October 2025 we partnered with Ukrainian NGO GIDNO to provide technology support to Ukraine. Together we delivered 200 high-performance laptops to units responsible for defense coordination, intelligence analysis, logistics, and humanitarian response. Recently, a group of volunteers used one of these devices to reroute an evacuation corridor in real-time, allowing families – including children – to leave before the next strike. This initiative exists for moments like this. This partnership is part of the broader Safe Communities Initiative - a protection program that strengthens civilian safety and resilience in frontline regions. Within this program, we are developing a dedicated project called Clear Sky, focused on high-performance computing and secure field communications. The total cost of the Clear Sky project is $250,000.

As the war continues, Ukraine has gained immense practical expertise in demining, becoming an unlikely but vital center of innovation in this life-saving field. Our team is committed not only to supplying equipment but to helping develop and test the tools of tomorrow. Between April and June 2025, Prytula Foundation USA and Ukraine Rises supported certified field testing of two cutting-edge technologies for humanitarian demining in Kharkiv Oblast: the ZMIY robotic demining complex and the ST1 aerial reconnaissance drone. Tests were conducted by the national operator “Humanitarian Security” across real contaminated sites and evaluated under IMAC protocol standards. This effort aimed to assess technical performance, field readiness, and potential for scalable integration into humanitarian mine action (HMA) activities.

On April 25, 2025, the Hospitallers Medical Battalion's base in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, was destroyed in a russian drone strike. Overnight, the place that had served as a gathering and deployment point for medics since 2015 where they trained, equipped, and headed out to save lives ceased to exist. Vital medical equipment and vehicles were lost in the attack. In response, we launched a memorial fundraiser to honor the life and legacy of Iryna "Cheka" Tsybukh, a paramedic, warrior, and unshakable force for good. Together, we raised $19,000 to help rebuild what was lost.

As the war in Ukraine rages on, critical infrastructure continues to be hit hard, leaving communities cut off and humanitarian operations stretched thin. That’s why we’ve stepped up once again. Through our Logistics and Transportation projects, we’ve purchased and deployed 43 vehicles to ensure aid gets where it’s needed most and responders stay mobile in the toughest conditions.

As 2025 moves forward, the war in Ukraine continues to create huge challenges for people on the ground. Communities are struggling, and getting basic supplies to those in need is harder than ever. That’s why we’ve stepped up, securing 50 vehicles to keep humanitarian aid moving where it’s needed most. To sustain critical humanitarian operations across Ukraine, Prytula Foundation USA has procured and deployed 57 vehicles to support logistics, emergency response, and frontline access. This fleet strengthens the ability of humanitarian teams to deliver aid quickly, operate in high-risk areas, and maintain essential supply routes.

To address the urgent need for communication, power, and technology in frontline communities, we have successfully delivered essential equipment through a humanitarian initiative. This project provided 112 laptops, 75 Starlink kits, 75 inverter generators, 75 portable power stations, and 75 3D printers, offering critical support to thousands of individuals striving to stay connected, coordinate aid, and rebuild during the ongoing conflict.
