Thousands of kilometers don’t stand in the way of people and businesses who care about Ukraine.
The meeting featured in-person remarks from the Foundation’s founder, Serhiy Prytula, and a representative from its Ukrainian headquarters, Maryna Vilk. Together, they delivered a detailed update on the Foundation’s activities across key humanitarian areas: transportation, medical support, humanitarian demining, emergency response, and community resilience. Two meetings were held: with individual donors who kindly support the foundation, and with US businesses to build long-term partnerships.

Since its founding in 2024, Prytula Foundation USA has raised over $5.8 million from American donors, communities, and companies. In just one year, these funds enabled:
The purchase of 164 vehicles for frontline and humanitarian needs
Support for 178 demining technologies including drones and robotic complexes
Delivery of 745 units of communications and energy equipment
Full funding for school shelter reconstruction in Kharkiv region
Medical aid for volunteers, hospitals, and rehabilitation programs
Administrative expenses were kept under 0.8%, reflecting a strong commitment to cost-effective aid.
Transparency and trust
We proudly announced that the Foundation has successfully passed an independent audit by Wipfli LLP, one of the top 20 U.S. audit firms. The audit confirmed full compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards, and recognized the organization’s strong internal controls and sustainability practices.
As a result, Prytula Foundation USA earned the Platinum Transparency Seal from Candid, the highest level of recognition for nonprofit openness in the U.S.
Thanks to every donor
The event in Chicago served as a heartfelt thank-you to everyone: individuals and businesses, who have contributed to Prytula Foundation USA’s mission.
“We are grateful to our team working remotely across time zones, and to the new staff joining the growing structure of our Foundation in the U.S. Most of all, thank you to everyone who proves that distance is no obstacle when it comes to supporting Ukraine.”
