We are pleased to announce that Prytula Foundation USA has successfully completed its first independent financial audit covering the period from its inception on May 22 through December 31, 2024.
The audit, conducted by Wipfli LLP, confirmed that the Foundation’s financial statements fairly present the financial position of the organization in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the United States.
In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Prytula Foundation USA as of December 31, 2024, - the auditors stated in their report.
Highlights from the Foundation’s first year of operations include:
Over $3.4 million in charitable contributions raised;
More than $2.4 million disbursed in aid;
An ending cash balance of over $1 million as of December 31, 2024.
This audit marks an important step in demonstrating the transparency and accountability of Prytula Foundation USA to our donors, partners, and the public. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports our mission to deliver critical humanitarian aid and advance sustainable recovery in Ukraine.
